Dallas County Joins Texas Purchasing Group

Dallas, TX (Marketwired) - Dallas County has officially announced its joining of the Texas Purchasing Group, an e-procurement system from BidNet that delivers convenient, centralized online access to bid opportunities.

Dallas County becomes the 29th local government agency to join the Texas Purchasing Group. Part of BidNet's national e-procurement solution, Texas Purchasing Group connects 653 departments from 29 local agencies and provides a bid system for vendors looking to do business with local government. Dallas County joined the Texas Purchasing Group on November 3, 2015, offering its vendors instant access to RFPs, quotes, addendum and award information. Dallas County requests all local vendors join to receive access to its bid opportunities and those of the other participating local government agencies on Texas Purchasing Group. Vendors who register can receive real-time notification of bids, RFPs, quotes, addenda, awards and advanced notice of term contract expiration. Registered vendors receive customized solicitations matched to their products and services by all participating agencies on the bid system.
