The Disabilities Trust Selects PROACTIS Purchase-To-Pay Solution

PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, recently announced that The Disabilities Trust is the latest not-for-profit (NfP) organization to select PROACTIS Spend Control solutions. As part of a project to improve visibility and control of spend on goods and services, the Trust chose PROACTIS reseller LAKE Financial Systems for the implementation of a new Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) system.

The Disabilities Trust was founded over 30 years ago and today is one of the UK's leading national charities. The Trust provides residential and day services to meet the needs of individuals with Autism, Brain Injury, Physical Disability and Learning Disability.

The introduction of PROACTIS P2P will allow the Trust to automate the purchasing process and streamline invoice matching and approval to increase efficiency. PROACTIS P2P is highly configurable and offers a powerful authorization and workflow engine to support the Trust's policies and procedures. It also offers immediate visibility of request details and related financial information to support approval decisions and budget control.
