Tango is a highly-focused business simulation that enables participants to explore and experiment with the most important strategic dimensions of building successful knowledge intensive organizations. Up to 6 teams of participants compete in a free market situation for customers and personnel as they attempt to build the market value of their organizations. Each company must identify and continually recreate an evolving strategy while balancing profitability and investment, long and short term goals, and customer and employee expectations.

Tango is for executives and senior managers who know the knowledge era requires new managerial thinking and want to pursue that thinking in a dynamic and compelling forum.

A critical mass of senior leaders participating in Tango is a powerful vehicle for changing the managerial mindset in knowledge organizations.

How Is It Used?
Tango is offered as a stand-alone 1½ - 2 day workshop for up to 36 people with one skilled facilitator. Teams can vary in size from 3-6 participants. The simulation works well with intact teams or ad hoc groups. Tango easily integrates into a larger conference or leadership program.
