Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider, ADP has announced the enhancement of its e-invoicing offering from its ADP Procure-to-Pay Solutions (P2P) platform.

The enhancements, which include the extension of existing invoice collaboration tools, a mobile application, more advanced capabilities and improved visibility and access to accounts payable data should help to boost productivity for midsized to large businesses.

“We consistently hear from our customers that they want more automation, more visibility and more control.  These enhancements are designed to give our customers what they need to run as efficiently as possible,” said Leon Busch, Vice President and General Manager of ADP Procure-to-Pay Solutions.

Customers can look forward to being able to streamline supplier communications, reduce internal handoffs and ensure timely resolution of invoice status inquiries, questions and disputes by utilizing ADP’s P2P solution features such as advanced messaging for invoice collaboration. Other offerings from ADP, such as improved visibility into accounts payable data and advanced coding can also help businesses to ensure more strategic-decision making around processes and supplier relationships as well as greater flexibility and control as they focus on driving invoice automation and managing costs.

In conjunction with this range of updates, ADP is also launching a mobile version of the P2P solution which will allow users to manage accounts payable activity on the go. Through the mobile app, business can approve, view, forward, dispute and add comments to invoices from mobile devices, allowing further improved productivity.

By delivering comprehensive functionality through PO management, e-invoicing, supplier enablement, scan and capture services and automated workflow and payments automation, ADP’s P2P solutions can help ensure clients “spend less time on invoice management and more time on building their business” explains Busch. Businesses will now be able to successfully reduce errors and the use of paper while increasing efficiency and overall spend visibility.
