ePlus And Deltek Announce Strategic Alliance

Herndon, VA - ePlus inc. and Deltek, Inc. recently announced the formation of a new alliance relationship during Deltek's Insight 2007 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The multi-faceted relationship encompasses eProcurement, Supplier Management, and Spend Analysis for Deltek Costpoint customers as well as leasing for Deltek customers.

As part of the relationship, the integration of ePlus' Procure+ eProcurement solution with Deltek Costpoint will provide Costpoint customers a unified eProcurement process from project initiation through the acquisition, invoice settlement, and payment processes. In addition, Deltek customers will gain access to ePlus' leading Content+ Supplier Portal and Spend+ management systems, enabling them to build catalog content for purchases, interactively collaborate with their suppliers, and analyze their spend through a graphical dashboard. The ability of Deltek's customers to access the powerful tools of ePlus' eProcurement platform through an integrated interface will allow them to quickly and seamlessly enjoy the tremendous benefits and cost savings of one of today's leading solutions.

The companies will also work together to market ePlus' leasing services to Deltek customers and partners. ePlus provides Deltek customers and partners an expedient and efficient means for leasing as an alternative to a capital expenditure. The integration of software and leasing, long enjoyed by ePlus' customers to reduce costs enterprise-wide, will now be available to Deltek customers. ePlus further announced that it will make available the fulfillment of IT products and services to Deltek customers through Deltek's reseller partner network.

"We are very excited to have such an expansive and collaborative relationship with Deltek. Having a single process for all project management related eProcurement acquisitions provides multiple benefits to Deltek Costpoint customers," said Ken Farber, president of ePlus Systems. "In addition, Deltek customers will be able to take advantage of ePlus leasing services to preserve and manage working capital."

"The ePlus-Deltek alliance provides a very compelling value proposition by enabling an integrated workflow with shared data for project management and procurement teams to support a project," notes Andrew Bartolini, research director at Aberdeen Group. "That Deltek customers will be able to access and purchase other ePlus solutions is a significant additional benefit."

"Our alliance will help us to further extend the capabilities of our Costpoint products through integration with ePlus' powerful and patented eProcurement solutions," said Greg Sybersma, VP of Channel Sales and Alliances at Deltek. "Our leasing relationship with ePlus will also allow us to provide our customers with financial alternatives that address their business requirements."
