Fresenius Medical Care Purchases Avega's Alliance Decision Support

Atlanta, GA - Avega Health Systems, a subsidiary of MedAssets, Inc., is pleased to announce that Fresenius Medical Care, located in Lexington, MA, recently purchased Avega's Alliance Decision Support system.

The Alliance Suite integrates financial, clinical, and administrative information to support decision-making across the healthcare enterprise. Combining OLAP and Ad-Hoc reporting with a web-based distribution tool, Alliance helps improve clinical performance, control costs, manage and negotiate contracts, develop budgets and analyze productivity across one organization or many.
