Netcare South Africa Selects Zycus To Strengthen Its Source-To-Contract Processes

Netcare, South Africa’s largest private healthcare provider, signed a multi-year contract with Zycus, the cognitive procurement software suite pioneer, to transform its source-to-contract landscape with Zycus’ solutions.

In addition to its world-class private hospital service, Netcare provides primary healthcare through Netcare Medicross, emergency medical services through Netcare 911, and mental health and psychiatric services through Netcare Akeso. Netcare’s person centered service offering includes Netcare Cancer Care and Netcare Occupational Health. Netcare also has the distinction of being a leading private trainer of emergency medical and nursing personnel in the country.

Netcare has selected Zycus’ iSource and iContract solutions with the aim to improve cycle times, reduce manual efforts, and to increase compliance. Furthermore, they added Zycus’ iSupplier to streamline supplier onboarding processes and maintain a singular repository, in addition to iRisk, which will provide a 360-degree supplier risk and performance management across the entire supplier base by analyzing millions of online sources and effectively mitigating risk. Zycus’ iAnalyze tool was also added to the mix to help provide Netcare with an easy-to-use reporting view to maximize their savings opportunities.
