According to the service provider, the patent pending system can settle cases quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively by providing real-time answers and 24-hour access and eliminating factual and legal disputes, personality conflicts, and the difficulties in communicating with claims representatives and claimants.

A dispute becomes available for settlement through the system when a party to the dispute initiates the claim on the system. The opposing parties are immediately notified that their dispute is available for settlement online. Each claim that is made is password-protected to ensure privacy, and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the authorized user.

Additionally, all offers and demands are protected by state-of-the-art SSL encryption to insure confidentiality. The service provider never sees the settlement offers and demands. The parties make confidential offers to each other for three rounds. If the offer is within a preset formula — typically 30% or $5000 of the demand — the case immediately settles for the mean amount. When a claim settles successfully, only the amount of the settlement is disclosed.
