Payments Institution To Implement PROACTIS Purchase-To-Pay Solution
Merchant Payments Solutions Provider Selects PROACTIS to Drive Financial Control and Efficiency
PROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, recently announced that a merchant payments institution has selected PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) to help maximise financial control, visibility and auditability of their corporate spend.
As a principle member of both Visa and Mastercard, the institution offers merchant account services across the UK and Europe.
PROACTIS will streamline the entire P2P process, providing managers with greater budget control and increasing cost pipeline visibility for financial management. Supporting the day-to-day purchasing process in a way that ensures compliance with organisation sourcing and authorisation rules, the solution will help avoid unnecessary or unsuitable spend, whilst making it as easy as possible for employees throughout the organisation to buy the goods and services they need. It will also capture an electronic history of spend activity, speed up the release of POs to suppliers and automate receipt and invoice matching.
The organisation will join a long list of financial establishments who use PROACTIS cloud-based Spend Control and eProcurement solutions, including: Travelex (UK), Fifth Third Bank, FTSE International, Hermes Fund Managers, Ahli United Bank, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Equity Insurance Group and Natixis Global Asset Management.
