Precision Gaskets and Seals

Custom engineered gaskets, precision fabricated from a variety of materials in most shapes and sizes, with 100% repeatability are available. The gaskets are engineered from materials such as Buna-N, Butyl, neoprene, polyurethane, pure gum rubber, sponge, foam, red sheet packing, silicone, Teflon, Viton® , and others. Manufactured using water-jet technology, they feature tolerances to +0.003 in. Typical parts include gaskets, seals and insulators used in various types of connectors, sensors and medical devices.
