ReactorNet’s Cinema Solutions will help Rave establish a documented and automated purchasing process with mandated policies and internal controls to effectively improve workflow, increase efficiency and guarantee order accuracy. The platform’s catalog management capability will provide Rave with pre-set catalogs alongside pre-approved suppliers and contract pricing, structured allowances based on spend categories, and recommended ordering processes. As a result Rave will be able to manage and update the catalog process with suppliers in real-time, giving them complete control over the ordering process while keeping in compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures.
Being able to effectively generate a seamless AP process is critical to ensuring the performance of purchase order generation to final payment. Electronic invoicing capabilities will provide Rave with multiple methods for capturing electronic invoices from suppliers, including a scan and capture feature to convert paper invoices to electronic invoices. Integration with the supplier’s invoicing system will give Rave real-time purchasing and accounting visibility.
