SourceOne Healthcare Technologies Announces Distribution Agreement With HealthTrust Purchasing Group

Mentor, OH - SourceOne Healthcare Technologies, Inc., one of the nation's leading distributors of medical imaging systems, equipment, radiographic consumable supplies, and service to healthcare providers, and HealthTrust Purchasing Group (HPG), a leading group purchasing organization (GPO), announced that the two companies have renewed their relationship with a three-year agreement that went into effect on September 1, 2005.

HPG serves as the GPO for many provider corporations including HCA, HMA, Lifepoint, Triad, CHS, Quorum, Iasis, Ardent, Attentus, SunLink and others. Under terms of the enhanced agreement, SourceOne will become an HPG distributor for film, barium, accessories, and chemical product lines.
