Swissport Ropes In Zycus To Streamline Its Source-To-Pay process With AI Powered Solutions

Swissport International Ltd. a global leader in airport ground services and air cargo handling, signed a multi-year contract with Zycus, the pioneer in Cognitive Procurement software suite.

In 2021, Swissport International AG provided best-in-class airport ground services for approximately 97 million airline passengers (2019, pre-COVID: 265 million) and handled roughly 5.1 million tons of air freight (2019: 4.6 million) at over 100 cargo centers worldwide. At the end of 2021, Swissport was active at 285 airports in 45 countries on six continents.

Zycus will deliver a scalable Source-to-Pay technology solution in order to improve complete S2P cycle time, enabling solutions that offer governance through better workflows, non-PO invoice processing that will ultimately improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency overall.

Zycus’ AI powered A/P processing technology will enable all suppliers to invoice digitally and deliver a truly touch-less experience, furthermore the eProc solution will improve efficiency and effectiveness across catalog, requisition, and purchase order management functions. Swissport also added Zycus’ iRisk to the mix to ensure improved supplier collaboration & performance.
