TranServer

TranServer is Wholetree.com's unique translation server that allows for the rapid exchange of data between customers and translators. The server receives files for translation from SiteTrak or other means, analyzes the content and language required, then automatically routes the project via the Internet to the most appropriate human translator available to perform the high quality translation. This proprietary server system provides instant links to a worldwide network of in-country native-speaking human translators.

Our global e-business solutions feature a combination of machine translation and human translation. Machine translation is instantaneous, but it is only 70-80% accurate, so we recommend its use only to gain a general understanding of an incoming foreign email. To respond to foreign customers, to translate Web pages, or marketing materials, we rely on human translators to provide high quality translation.
We utilize a pool of more than 2000 translators who work with us as independent contractors. Each has been pre-screened, tested and is accredited by a known accreditation agency such as American Translators Association.

(L&H) (NASDAQ: LHSP), the worldwide leader in speech and linguistic technologies, products and services, and our major shareholder. L&H provides the machine translation engine that we utilize in our services package and their network of over 10,000 translators is available if and when it is necessary to meet translation demands beyond our own resources.
